General Pest Control

Managing pests at the source.

We provide integrated pest management (IPM) solutions for domestic, commercial and industrial premises. Our approach begins with inspection, pest identification and monitoring to understand where pests are active and what conditions may be supporting the infestation.

Depending on the pest and site conditions, appropriate control methods are selected to manage current activity while addressing potential sources and entry points. This may include monitoring, prevention, physical control and targeted chemical treatment where required. IPM focuses on using the most suitable combination of methods rather than relying on routine spraying alone.

Pest React
Termite Control

Termite Control

Termites live in colonies and may remain hidden in soil, structural voids or other concealed areas, making early detection important. Our termite control solutions are designed to identify termite activity and target the infestation using termite baiting, pre-construction treatment and post-construction treatment.

Termite baiting works by allowing termites to feed on treated bait material, which can then be carried back through the colony. For existing structures, treatment methods are selected according to the building structure, termite activity and site conditions.

Rodent Control

Rodents can enter premises through relatively small openings and often move along walls, concealed areas and other low-traffic spaces. In Malaysia, the two species most commonly found in urban and commercial premises are the house rat (Rattus rattus) and the Norway rat (Rattus norvegicus), each with different nesting and movement patterns. Effective rodent management therefore involves more than simply removing the rats that are visible.

Our solutions include rat baiting, rat glue boards and rodent monitoring stations to help control activity and monitor movement around the premises. Inspection and monitoring also help identify areas where rodents may be entering or remaining active.

Rodent Control
Cockroach Control

Cockroach Control

Cockroaches are primarily active at night and often hide during the day in warm, moist and concealed areas. In Malaysia, the American cockroach (Periplaneta americana) and German cockroach (Blattella germanica) are the two species most commonly found in homes and commercial premises, with the German cockroach in particular known for its rapid breeding rate. Seeing one cockroach may therefore represent only a small part of the actual activity within a property.

Our cockroach control solutions include residual spraying, cockroach gel baiting, ULV misting, cockroach monitoring traps and foaming treatment. Monitoring traps can help identify areas of higher activity, while targeted treatments are applied according to the infestation and site conditions.

Ant Control

Ant colonies can be located in concealed areas such as wall voids, ceilings, subfloors and other protected spaces. In Malaysia, species such as the ghost ant (Tapinoma melanocephalum) and crazy ant (Paratrechina longicornis) are commonly found indoors, often nesting in small, hard-to-reach gaps within a structure. Simply treating visible ants may provide only temporary reduction if the nest remains active.

Our ant control service uses residual spraying, ant gel baiting and ant monitoring traps. Baits can be useful because foraging ants may carry bait back to the nest, while monitoring helps identify areas of ongoing activity and guide further treatment.

Ant Control
Mosquito Control

Mosquito Control

Mosquito management requires attention to both adult mosquitoes and their breeding cycle. In Malaysia, Aedes aegypti and Aedes albopictus are the primary species of concern, as both are known vectors for dengue. Mosquitoes lay eggs in water-holding areas, and controlling only adult mosquitoes may not address the source of continued activity.

Our mosquito control solutions include thermal fogging, ULV (Ultra-Low Volume) misting and larviciding. Fogging and ULV misting target adult mosquitoes, while larviciding targets mosquito larvae in suitable breeding areas. Treatment methods are selected according to mosquito activity, site conditions and potential breeding sources.

Bed Bugs Control

Bed bugs, fleas and ticks have different life cycles and behaviours, so treatment needs to be matched to the pest involved. For example, the bed bug species commonly found in Malaysia Cimex hemipterus, the tropical bed bug can be more difficult to eliminate with some treatment methods due to its egg stage, while flea infestations may involve different life stages within both the premises and animal environment.

Our treatments include residual spraying and ULV (Ultra-Low Volume) misting for suitable affected areas. Detailed inspection and appropriate treatment coverage are important, particularly for bed bugs, where continued monitoring may be required to confirm control.

Bed Bugs Control
Flies Control

Flies Control

Fly activity is often associated with accessible food, waste, organic material and suitable breeding conditions. Adult flies may be easy to notice, but controlling the visible flies alone may not address the source of the infestation. Flies can develop through egg, larva, pupa and adult stages, with the house fly (Musca domestica) the species most commonly encountered in Malaysia, capable of developing from larva to adult in under a week under warm, humid conditions.

Our fly control solutions include fly catchers, thermal fogging and ULV misting, with treatment selected according to the level and source of fly activity. Monitoring and source identification can help support longer-term control.

Lizards Control

Lizards are often attracted to areas where food sources, shelter and suitable environmental conditions are available. The common house gecko (Hemidactylus frenatus), the species most frequently found around Malaysian properties, feeds primarily on insects so their presence may therefore be linked to insect activity around the property.

Our lizard control solutions include residual spraying and lizard monitoring traps to help manage activity and identify areas where lizards are frequently present. Treatment is selected according to the property’s environment and observed activity.

Lizards Control
Bagworm Control

Bagworm Control

Bagworms are commonly found on plants, trees and within indoor environments, where their protective cases can make them difficult to notice during the early stages of activity. In Malaysia, species such as Pteroma pendula and Metisa plana are commonly associated with plantation crops, particularly oil palm trees, while Phereoeca uterella (household casebearer) is often found indoors, attached to walls, ceilings and other sheltered surfaces.

Bagworms can spread or become more noticeable when left unmanaged. Early identification and appropriate treatment can help manage their populations and minimise damage to affected vegetation or indoor spaces.

Our bagworm control service uses targeted spraying, ULV misting, power spraying and mistblower application, depending on the species, treatment location, tree height and site conditions. ULV misting may be used for suitable indoor treatments, while power sprayers or mistblowers are selected for outdoor vegetation and plantation areas to ensure appropriate treatment coverage.

Bees Control

Bee and hornet activity can become a concern when nests are established close to occupied areas, entrances or other high-traffic locations. In Malaysia, the lesser banded hornet (Vespa affinis) is among the species most frequently encountered, and like other social wasps and hornets, it can actively defend its nest when disturbed, making nest location and treatment approach important.

Our service focuses on nest treatment, with the treatment approach determined by the nest location, accessibility and surrounding environment. Professional treatment is recommended for nests in difficult or high-risk locations.

Bees Control
Spiders Control

Spiders Control

Spiders are often found where there is an available food source, particularly where other insects are present. The huntsman spider (Heteropoda spp.), one of the species commonly encountered indoors in Malaysia, is known to prey on cockroaches and other insects which is why its presence can sometimes point to a wider pest issue nearby. Completely eliminating all spiders is not always necessary, so effective management focuses on reducing activity and addressing the conditions that support their presence.

Our spider control solutions include residual spraying and misting in suitable areas where spider activity is identified. Treatment can be combined with monitoring and environmental measures to help reduce recurring activity.

Millipedes / Centipede Control

Millipedes and centipedes are commonly associated with moist, sheltered environments. Centipedes such as Scolopendra subspinipes, commonly found in Malaysia, can deliver a painful bite when disturbed, making their presence worth addressing even though they are not typically aggressive. Excess moisture, organic material and suitable hiding areas around a property can contribute to their presence of both.

Our control solutions include garden spraying, residual spraying and foaming treatment, depending on where activity is found. Treatment focuses on affected areas and the environmental conditions that may support continued activity.

Millipedes / Centipede Control
Silverfish Control

Silverfish Control

Silverfish are commonly found in cool, damp and dark areas, including areas where paper and other suitable materials are present. As they feed on starch and cellulose, items such as books, wallpaper, cardboard and stored documents can be particularly attractive to them. They are mainly considered nuisance pests but may damage paper and related materials.

Our silverfish control service uses residual spraying in suitable areas where activity is identified. Treatment is targeted according to the location and extent of the infestation.

Stored Product Insects (SPIs) Control

Stored Product Insects (SPIs) can infest a wide range of stored food products, including grains, cereals, flour, nuts and other dry goods. Signs of activity may include insects around storage areas, damaged packaging, larvae or webbing within affected products. In Malaysia, species such as the rice weevil (Sitophilus oryzae) and red flour beetle (Tribolium castaneum) are commonly associated with grain and cereal storage.

Our control solutions include residual spraying, blanket spraying and misting, depending on the premises, affected areas and treatment requirements. Proper identification of the pest and inspection of susceptible stored products are important for determining the source and extent of an infestation.

Stored Product Pest Control
Bird Control

Bird Control

Birds can carry and spread diseases through their droppings. In Malaysia, the house crow (Corvus splendens) is among the most common pest birds, particularly in urban areas, and poses a known contamination risk to food premises. Bird control measures such as netting and spikes, particularly around roof awnings and air-conditioning compressor areas, help prevent feral birds from perching and roosting.

Maintenance / Preventive Pest Control

Focuses on ongoing pest management rather than waiting for an infestation to become severe. Regular inspections, monitoring and scheduled treatments help identify pest activity early and maintain better control over recurring pest problems. Service plans are tailored according to the type of pest, premises, environmental conditions and level of activity.
